First, Hugo Parker won a complete defense verdict in this personal injury/product liability mesothelioma case in the United States District Court, Southern District of California. Second, plaintiff appealed and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed judgment in favor of defendants and against plaintiff. Third, plaintiff moved to tax defendants‘ request for $9000 in trial transcript costs and the United States District Court DENIED plaintiff’s motion.
