Shane Hoover
Senior Counsel
Shane Hoover is a Senior Counsel with Hugo Parker focusing on toxic tort defense claims. He has a strong background in defense matters, starting his career as a criminal defense attorney. He has civil litigation experience in insurance, personal injury, and municipality defense cases. He has defended various clients, from local municipalities to large businesses, to seek the best resolution for his clients.
Shane has served in the U.S. Army and currently serves in the Army Reserves when he is not representing clients. In 2010 he deployed to Iraq as a Trial Defense Services paralegal responsible for the entire Northern Region of Iraq. He assisted in trials in the courthouse where Saddam Hussein was convicted and sentenced after his capture.
