Ryan D. Zinchefsky

Litigation Associate

Mr. Zinchefsky specializes in all aspects of litigation and is currently assigned to the toxic tort defense team as his primary assignment. He gained his initial trial experience as a criminal defense attorney at the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office before moving abroad to the Republic of Palau where he served as legislative counsel in various capacities.

After working in Palau Mr. Zinchefsky managed a solo law practice that focused primarily on criminal defense. As a criminal defense attorney Mr. Zinchefsky has litigated numerous cases through to jury verdict.

Mr. Zinchefsky’s unique experience in drafting legislation combined with his trial experience makes him a valuable member of the litigation team at Hugo Parker.
