Robert J. Bugatto is a Partner with Hugo Parker and specializes in the defense of toxic tort claims while also assisting with construction defect claims. Mr. Bugatto has over 15 years of litigation experience defending clients in asbestos, product liability, commercial / business matters, medical malpractice, employment, construction injury and defect claims, and breach of contract matters. He works on all aspects of claims handling, from motion practice to trial preparation, and has second-chaired a mesothelioma trial to verdict. He also has assisted clients with estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters.
