Michael Estrada is a Partner with Hugo Parker who has been a California litigator since 1985. His practice at Hugo Parker concentrates on the defense of product liability, construction defect and habitability claims. In his 39 years of practice, Mike has also defended criminal cases in state and federal courts, including as a Felony Trial Deputy in a Bay Area public defender office, defended professional liability actions, defended insurance coverage suits and provided guidance to insurance carriers. Mike has tried over 45 cases to verdict or to a binding arbitration determination over the course of his career.
