Alex G. Taheri is a Partner with Hugo Parker whose practice focuses on toxic tort and product liability litigation, emphasizing complex asbestos claims. Mr. Taheri also has experience in insurance coverage, bad faith, and personal injury cases. Additionally, he is experienced in the drafting of Home Improvement Contracts between contractors and residential homeowners.
Mr. Taheri has defended a wide range of clients, including manufacturers, suppliers, premises owners, and contractors. Mr. Taheri manages his cases from inception to resolution, handling discovery, depositions, preparation and argument of motions, and preparation for trial. Mr. Taheri has defended Fortune 500 companies as well as small businesses and utilizes his breadth of experience to produce optimal results for his clients.
