Mr. Hoefs’ career is marked by significant milestones, including his first trial at Hugo Parker. Serving as second chair to James Parker, he secured a defense verdict, a testament to his trial experience. Prior to Hugo Parker, he played a crucial role in developing alternative exposure evidence in a high-profile case involving crocidolite asbestos, which was instrumental in obtaining a defense verdict.
His specialty is researching and investigating the critical facts of the case to develop alternative exposure and interviewing potential witnesses. These efforts have resulted in satisfactory results for his clients. He epitomizes the Hugo Parker philosophy of protecting our clients’ interests and, if necessary, pursuing litigation to trial.
Mr. Hoefs brings a unique blend of legal and marketing expertise to his practice. Before law school, he had an extensive career in marketing and advertising, working with numerous clients, including a national brewing company. In this role, he served as the liaison between professional sports franchises, racing teams, and other sports properties, gaining valuable experience that he now applies to his legal practice.
