Edward R. Hugo recently argued his client’s Motion for Summary Judgment in the United States District Court, Central District of California.  The Court GRANTED the motion, specifically holding that “the direct questions of Foster Wheeler’s Counsel at (plaintiff’s) deposition were determinative” on the issue of exposure.
